Aptana Studio SVN checkout conflicts with online backup client.

When my system starts, client programs of following online backup services starts in the background:

1. Data Deposit Box
2. Jungle Disk

I click the Aptana Studio (v 1.5) icon and start it. But when I check-out my project, the Aptana Studio IDE hangs. It happens a couple of times and each time I had to kill the background process of Aptana to get rid of this hanged IDE. I was facing this issue since the last couple of days and I was not able to figure out why it happens.

One day I noticed that the DataDepositBox (DDB) locks my working folder in the Aptana Workspace. This is because I marked this folder to be backed up automatically each time a file changes in it. The cause of Aptana IDE crash is that while the Subversive plugin is checking out my project to the working folder, it's access is denied by DDB or JungleDisk. When I right-clicked the tray icon and shut down both DDB and JDisk, Aptana IDE is successfully able to check-out my project to the working folder.

Be sure you are using the latest driver:

"Open File Driver" is already installed on my system.

Data Deposit Box has an open file driver that will prevent locking issues. There is tab is the settings called 'open files'. Install the driver and you should be ok!
